Active: Guest present

Airco runs at the guest comfort setpoint for the duration of the stay. Adjustable per room type from the dashboard.

Starts automatically before check-in time. Holio calculates how early to start based on the current room temperature.

Standby: Room empty

Off

Airco is completely off in unoccupied rooms. Activates automatically the moment checkout is confirmed in the PMS.
